Ugly Betty

Based on a hit columbian telenovela, ugly betty set off-shores in the US as the young not-so-beautiful lady who wants to set a mark in the fashion world. She finds all means to get in to the company even to work as a close-door (i mean she's hidden in a secret room) secretary to the president. will she ever make her dreams to become one of the prettiest faces in the fashion world? that's what we will find out.

it is the same plot but different character names but nonetheless the columbian version is better than the american. Have you catch the mexican version entitled "letty la mas fea"?

I did, "Letty la mas Fea" is funnier than "Betty La Fea", all of the characters are exaggerated, I think it's a spoof of the original?

You will only enjoy Letty la mas Fea if you've already seen the original version otherwise it'll be corny...

I haven't seen Ugly Betty...I'm not interested but I might check it out...

youre right, among the three versions, the "letty" is the winner it is so much funny specially the dream sequence of letty that she is being kissed by fernando lolz

I wasn't able to catch this show but I saw trailer of it before it was launched on television.. I hope I can watch this too...

I've seen a couple of episodes. I find it not that appealing.
